Went to Chipotle today at Brian Jordan in High Point NC. Food was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!! They were out of SO MANY things and the chicken was nasty and rubbery tasting. In addition, my bowl consisted of rice, chicken ( a very small amount), lettuce(a very small amount), cheese( a small amount) a lot of sour cream, and a HUMONGOUS ladle of Pico!! I went to the store yesterday to order a quesadilla, but they wouldn’t sell it to me. It had to be ordered online only. This despite the fact that the ingredients were sitting right in front of us. I don’t blame the individuals in this particular store, not their fault. Company policy.
I went to Salsarita’s instead.
Every time I place an order online it is significantly less food. Called the manager to ask why this is & the only answer he could provide was they have “portion sizes” & when you’re in person you can ask for extra. I then replied that I never ask for extra b/c it cost for extra meat. Why skim me on my lettuce in a salad just so you give me less meat? Why should I pay extra for queso & guac when I run out of salad?? I can usually eat on a salad 2-3 times & this unacceptable....read full review
