We really enjoyed our night out at Dive Bar. They have a great staff. It gets crowded at times; the more the merrier I say. The people AND the atmosphere are super friendly. There's so much fun things to do. Our new favorite place to go.
If you're thinking of going to Dive Bar, High Point. Just don't.
Take the trip to Greensboro and go to Boxcar Bar + Arcade instead. It's worth it.
Dive bar is absolutely garbage and their customer service is even worse. We've never experienced the disrespect from Boxcar that we did last night at Dive Bar. We should have trusted our gut but we thought, "hey, let's give them another chance."
That was the wrong choice. Lol
Have been very excited to check this place out, especially since all the advertising states that it is “family friendly” until 8pm. Came in at 4pm on a Sunday with our kids to uncensored Cardi B blasting on the sound system, and bras nailed to the wall in the restroom. As just an adult bar, seems like a fine place. Based on the reviews, Dive Bar High Point is a great new spot for the triad with a laid back atmosphere. There are tons of arcade games all over the place, and lots to do. The music is amazing and the vibe is fun. Drinks were good and on point, including a green tea shot. It is a great place to get a drink after the baseball games, which is right across the street. The atmosphere is fun for hanging with friends and partying with new friends. Guests enjoy Music Bingo on Wednesday. The service is friendly and welcoming, making sure everyone is taken care of. It is also an amazing spot for a wedding reception, where guests have fun playing games.
