Somehow my order was ready for pick up and when i got there they had canceled my order they offered to make the order and i was given a free pizza card and a 2 litter manager was great

Ordered delivery and waited an hour, called the store and they never bothered to make the order. Basically spent $40 bucks just to have to wait 6 business days to get that $40 back. Colossal waste of time.

On October 17th I visited High Point Nc. I was staying at a near by hotel and ordered a pizza. As time passed, I sat in my room with no pizza. Finally I called to inquire about my pizza. The manager said, sir that pizza was delivered by his driver. I said I'm sitting here with no pizza. Then he tells me that they deliver to this hotel daily, he puts his trust in his drivers, if they said they delivered it, they are correct. Basically he was calling me a LIAR, because I have no pizza. About ten 10 minutes later there is a knock on my door. Over an hour and a half, there is dominoes pizza delivery guy standing there with a cold pizza, apologizing because he left the pizza at the wrong room. I wish I had taken the name of the manager that night, to ask for an apology for calling me a liar. The next time I visit High Point, I promise you, I will never order dominoes. I'm pretty sure they don't want money from a LIAR! SMH

I order pizza for my family 7-31-25 so the pizza got here and I open the box up tell me why the pizza looks like it's been sitting for hours and not fresh and hot, I called the store and spoke with the manager Brandon he's rule. I told him the pizza wasn't fresh and he said they will remake it and hung up the phone before I could finish speaking. I called at 10: 28pm for the remake pizzas so now it's 11:30pm and it's still not here. I need my refund

The lady told me to hold on for a brief moment and I ended up waiting for fifteen minutes and so I ended the call because I believe she forgotten about me. So I call another place and they told me south main is my restaurant, which I understand and call them again getting the same lady. I was about to place my order when she tells me that they can't deliver which I assume was because they have no drivers. This wouldn't be frustrating if I wasn't left on hold for almost twenty minutes just to find out they couldn't even deliver anyways. Do better and hire people who can drive this late at night because that's just ridiculous.
Today 06/05, I put in a delivery order for a Free Pasta (with my 60 points i cant get back btw) and a brownie which i was paying for. I selected cash for form of payment. Thank God i did! I never received my order, but it said completed. I also received no call about my order. So after a whole hour an half i called. I asked the “manger” for a free pizza or something since my order never came. The manager said he do not know what happened to the order and he canceled it?? And that i cannot get a free pizza, then said you know what we can get your order back out another (34 mins) and give you a free two topping Medium Pizza for next time. He also said something about not charging me a delivery fee to send it back out. First of all, how was i going to get that free pizza for next time or was this to shut me up? They never put enough meat on the pizza anyway. So i told him never mind to everything ill leave a review. And here i am spending my hard earned cash on Dominos, get points just to be cheated out of my free meal. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This location SLACKS on every thing possible. Save your time & money by going to the other location 10 minutes down the street. Charged me for something that wasn’t supposed to be charged for & when I call they tell me they can’t do anything about it, that I have to call “corporate”? Oh but you can easily take the money but not give it back? ✌️
