“The best donuts and variety is crazy GOOD! When i walk in it's like where do I begin. Next visit I am going to try the latte selection. Keep up the warm and authentic hospitality! I can always use a great smile and delicious donut! Krispy Kreme and Dunkin Donuts better up the donut game because Granny's Donut & Bakery is definitely in town to win me and my family over!! :)“

“I would say treats here are hit or miss. We tried several things. The red velvet is definitely not what I would call authentic. It tasted like a cake mix. We loved the vanilla and chocolate boy cookies (like Keebler elves) and oatmeal crème pies.
Service was good.
My biggest complaint is with all of the gnats flying in all of the bakery cases, right around all the goodies. This seems very unsanitary and just not an appealing look as I’m watching them fly all over the bakery cases. I hope they get that problem fixed.
I will give them another chance but if gnats are still everywhere, I might be done.“

“Hands down the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. They are the most consistent and they have the friendliest employees. Customer service is amazing. There’s two in particular I’d love to shout out (I don’t know their names but it’s two ladies that work the morning shift) please protect them at all costs.“

“Karmen Lawlor is the best employee. I always look for her car in the parking lot to know if I should order a drink because she’s the only one who always makes it correctly when I ask for light ice.

“This was across the street from my hotel, and I decided to get a coffee as I am a rewards member. There was a little bit of a wait, which I understood, but my drink was cold; I ordered a hot latte. This was obvious as the cup was cool to the touch. It took me close to 5 minutes to flag down the person that waited on me. She took my coffee and remade it, hot this time. The taste was good, but it should have been served hot in the first place, especially since my ticket showed that it should have been hot.“
