Today my husband and I took our son to IHOP, the service was given a 3 because the waitress was on top of her game. She was fine, she was good. The problem was the cooking staff who at 1 point had to be instructed on how to make a classic eggs Benedict, my husband's meal. Which it took all of us about 25 minutes to get our food and then my husband was made completely wrong. It took another 25 minutes to get a replacement. And it wasn't cooked properly. And that's after hearing the cook's being told how to make it. They reused the bread. It had the jam and meat from, the incorrectly made one still there. The eggs were overcooked. My son and I our food was okay. But it's definitely been way better. I'm not sure who's back there now. But Ihop needs to do some rehiring. We had already had a long morning. We were hoping to go in to a place that we've eaten at regularly before, but it had been a while. We do appreciate the server who tried to Rectify the situation and had the food removed from the bill.But she could not save the kitchen staff. I'm not sure what was going on back there. But there needs to be some retraining. This isn't the first time we've had issues with this particular ihop, but it will be our last.

The was only 1 or 2 servers for the entire rest. Service was so slow. Hire more staff. We had to wait forever just to order drinks...and I was super thristy. I gave the waiter a great tip because I saw him put in a good effort for so many people. May think twice before going back.

Firstly, I found the chicken to be overcooked and burnt during my visit. This affected my dining experience negatively. Additionally, I observed some employees using inappropriate language in the presence of customers. It would be beneficial for your staff to be reminded about using inside voices in a professional setting.

I visited this IHOP twice during a business trip in High Point, NC. It was a great local spot, near my hotel, and wasn’t busy at all, so service was quick and friendly. My food was delicious and I was satisfied with each visit.

NEVER had an omelet (egg/sausage) that DO NOT taste like eggs and the sausage, Im not sure what they used, but it certainly was NOT eggs from a chicken and processed meat substitute. Smoked sausage loaded with SALT. Orange Juice bitter?? The worst breakfast ? Waitress was very polite and gave great service.

I’ve worked for this restaurant and quitted TWICE this place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ON MANY LEVELS THEY HAVE ROACHES EVERYWHERE this place needs to be shut down immediately! do not eat there unless u like eating with the roaches and wanna get sick!!!
