The was only 1 or 2 servers for the entire rest. Service was so slow. Hire more staff. We had to wait forever just to order drinks...and I was super thristy. I gave the waiter a great tip because I saw him put in a good effort for so many people. May think twice before going back.
Firstly, I found the chicken to be overcooked and burnt during my visit. This affected my dining experience negatively. Additionally, I observed some employees using inappropriate language in the presence of customers. It would be beneficial for your staff to be reminded about using inside voices in a professional setting.

Today my husband and I took our son to IHOP, the service was given a 3 because the waitress was on top of her game. She was fine, she was good.
