Mom and I got one regular and a giant sandwich combos. I got the original Italian and mom got the big sub. The service was excellent! They were really friendly and very accommodating. Thanks for the great service.

I came in today for lunch and was disappointed with the service. The staff saw us walk in but didn’t acknowledge us at all while we stood in the lobby waiting. After a while with no greeting or communication, we ended up leaving and going to Subway instead.

Requested to have lettuce 🥬 tomato 🍅, oil and vinegar on the side order a whole foot long for my self. Lettuce and tomato doesn't even come with the sandwich so if it's ordered on the side customer is denied to have it. Bread is soggy and bearly able to hold the sandwich to eat. Store manager Tina did not wish to provide information for me to contact corporate or anyone higher up besides herself. But why would I want to speak with her when she's the person that provided the sub par services. This location gets 1 star across the board from me. People work hard for their money and when they choose you to support your business then you should provide service of equal or greater value. That's what managers and business owners do. Got the Steak & Cheese sub, the bread was soggy from all the sauce.The flavor was just not there. I've definitely had better. I'm sure you clean the countertops but I didnt like seeing my bread on that rather than on a paper.
