everything was hot and fresh the food is the bomb.com. If you want some home cooked food, hot fried fish like mama used to cook it come on in you will enjoy yourself.

Came here today for the first time with my family . My homeboy P been telling me to stop by cause his people owns the place.
Well Upon walking in & speaking to everybody but nobody spoke back
As I left out I spoke again , nobody spoke back just stared like I had arms coming from my head
The food I got was ok (baked chicken, fried chicken, yams, Mac n cheese, collards, fish) the most we liked was the fried fish it was crunchy
The least we liked was the Mac and collards
The extra side of yams I ordered for my baby was left out of my order , I noticed once I got home

Just based off atmosphere I doubt I will return there’s other places around that will be more WELCOMING upon entry
Especially when you’re spending your money in their establishment

I have visited twice and the food is delicious! It's a very down to earth kind professional clean environment and the aroma of the food greets you at the door. Everyone is friendly and they make you feel welcome. The baked chicken is exceptional! The fried chicken is as well. And don't get me started about the iced tea!! Delicious! I recommend to anyone looking for a good meal that feels like home. All and all it was great and I will be visiting them again. I suggest you do the same!

Came in this restaurant for the first time no greeting no eye contact, food wasn’t much to brag about either only thing the was seasoned well and taste pretty good were the collard greens and the cabbage, the fish wasn’t tasty at all I spent a pretty penny in this place. I probably will not be returning any time soon.

The food is really good but the customer service could definitely use some work, the guy who works at the register most of the time…apparently was frustrated because I called curious to see how long wait times were, so that I don’t waste my time driving half an hour to find out they don’t have anything and he just kept saying “there’s a wait time for everything we cook” I work in the food business so I understand that but I asked if it would be 30 mins to an hour and he wouldn’t even tell me that lol so just be aware, they won’t provide you with wait times apparently when their hours are already weird.

The food is definitely worth the trip!!!! Yum!! Yum!!! 😋 Can't wait to eat there again!!! 🚘🤸🏾‍♀️

This food is delicious!! I’m a harsh critic of soul food as I am a black southerner, that learned how to cook in the kitchen with my mom and grandma and my food is exceptional. Well so is the food served here. Exceptional! Perfectly prepared down to the kool aid/lemonade. Your Mom is proud I’m sure.

If you’re looking for food that tastes home made you found the spot. Prices are reasonable and portions are enough to keep you full. Food was seasoned properly Mac and the yams made good sides. Could not recommend enough
