They were out of raspberry filled donuts and I was contacted for replacements but was unable to respond in time. They didn’t just use their better judgement to replace and provide the full dozen I paid for. Very poor customer service.

Its krispy kreme there is nothing not to like. I got 2 dozen donunts and needed it broke down into 4 half dozen boxes. The lady helping me was very accommodating very friendly. Great service yiu dont see that much anymore . I do hate they stopped making the lemon filled donuts. But wont stop me from going.

Twice I went here and got half dozen cream filled, and custard filled. They were hard as a rock, and im tired of going there getting OLD ass donuts and paying almost $14 for them. I dont recommend them if you want fresh donuts. From now on, Im going to Duncan. Not wasting my money with KK anymore

These are my favorite doughnuts by far, but the customer service here made is smashing. Jameasha ( I hope I spelled right) made the trip extra special. She was the example of how employees should treat customers. I so be coming back because of her. Take note of that supervisor. I would tell anyone to come here.
