I placed an order in the app for pickup. However upon arriving the app was having issues. Ultimately I had to cancel the order and reorder inside. I witnessed a staff member being rude to another customer during my inside visit. The atmosphere was chaotic and the employees were stressed. Order was right when finally received.

Every once and awhile, I just feel the need for McDonald's fries. Large fries and a chocolate shake. The service is just getting worse every time I go. This isn't specific to this location, but it was the same.
