We had a mobile order, this is our first time with a mobile order at this particular McDonald's. We waited a good 10 minutes at the drive thru while they helped everyone in the righthand lane, once they finally asked us for our order they seemed confused over the fact that it was a mobile order. Clearly they lack efficiency, however I will say that the food was fresh, the burger a little overcooked, but its McDonald's so that's often to be expected.

When going in the morning or during the day, I've never had any problems. Going after 11pm is totally different. Drive thru wait time has always been high, but even more so in the last couple months. Orders are sometimes incorrect and the food is generally bad. I've been twice in the last month after 11pm. The 1st time, I ordered the 2 for $6 spicy mccrispy and filet-o-fish. I got a spicy mcchewy and a filet-unfresh. The last time, again I got the 2 for 6, this time 2 filet-o-fish. One was good, but the other had no fish patty! This was after a significant wait with a very short line.

My order was incorrect and I had to wait for the item which was left out. There was no apology and the food was not good.
My husband ordered me iced coffee and a sausage McGriddle through door dash. After drinking almost half my coffee, I discovered a dead fly in it. My husband call This McDonald’s and they said it’s not their problem and to call door dash. While we did pay and have food delivered via Door Dash, why wouldn’t the restaurant want to know that they had food and drinks going to customers with bugs in it. I will absolutely never order from here again because that is a disgusting thing to find in your drink and then for the management to not even care makes it so much worse.

I've never waited in line so long at any other mcdonalds only to have my food handed to me by a nodding meth head covered in open sores. Avoid this one at all costs.

I placed a mobile order, spent almost $50, and these goofy, petty MFS put ONE damn medium fry in my bag!! And then they wouldn't even fix it, plus my food was cold af, I HATE this McDonald's!
