I've started stopping at the Mall location on my way to work in the morning this year, and the service is great. I managed a CFA some years back, and any of them would have fit in perfectly.
I dropped off a sweet treat for them this morning to let them know they are appreciated. With the terrible service everywhere the AM shift at the Mall location are doing customer service right.

If this is the North main High Point NC location, it needs shut down!! service is horrible, the girl at the window had the personality and professionalism of a wet dish rag! 2 out of 3 items we ordered were wrong, we ordered and paid for a large vanilla iced coffee and got black coffee with ice. ordered a large sweet tea and got a pepsi🙄 the only thing that was right was a mcdouble with no ketchup. Kudos to whoever was on the prep line that got that right.

Service is terrible!! Conversation among co workers are more important than paying attention to drive thru orders. Unprofessional customer service, profanity at the counter. Workers roaming around the lobby watching their phones, or taking on it. This McDonald’s sucks so bad

McDonald's on Eastchester, near High Point Mall, could improve their burgers' flavor, potentially by adding mustard. Unfortunately, one customer received a Big Mac without sauce. The McChicken and fries were enjoyed, but the caramel frappé was not thoroughly blended, containing ice cubes. Overall, some adjustments could enhance the dining experience.
