Panera Bread Reviews
Very relaxing environment to gather with colleagues or to get some work done on your own.
I ordered 3 oatmeals for myself and coworkers, it took a while for my order (which I somewhat expected) when I got to work, the oatmeal wasn't hot and they failed to include the pecans in any of the oatmeals. The container says not to microwave, so my first time trying this location and product was disappointing.
We have had SO MANY bad experiences with the take out from here. Without fail, just about every time we do curbside they get one or more things wrong. I've learned to check before leaving. I shouldn't have to, but it is what it is. Last weekend a dear friend ordered a bunch of things for us because my mother-in-law passed suddenly. Panera Bread offers a mix of experiences. Some find the restaurant needs more cleanliness in the dining area, while others have encountered issues like finding a hair in their food. However, the food quality seems to make up for it, with delicious options like the Cinnamon Crunch bagel and broccoli cheddar soup. Pricing is a concern for some, especially when it comes to add-ons like cream cheese. Despite some shortcomings, Panera Bread remains a favorite spot for many.
The staff is often friendly, with one customer praising the person taking their order for suggesting options. The Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken was described as "awesome," and the steak and cheese sandwich was "scrumptious," with the bread being the best part. However, some customers have experienced long wait times, with one group waiting over 30 minutes for a sandwich and juice. The cashier was also described as inexperienced and not mindful of details, with a friend in one group noticing an ingredient missing from their soup.
The management's failure to properly staff the location has been a source of frustration for some customers. The team working during these busy times was doing their best, but the result was slow service, a lack of coffee, and areas not being restocked. Despite these challenges, the staff maintained great attitudes and tried to keep up with the demand.
