I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering delivery from this Pizza Hut through DoorDash. This is now the second time in the past two months that I have placed an order and did not receive what I paid for.
This most recent order included two medium pizzas, chicken wings, and cinnamon sticks. As the delivery photo clearly shows, I only received the pizzas, and unfortunately, even the pizza portion of the order was incorrect.

I ordered online for pick up - I got exactly what I ordered and it was ready on time!
They have my order to DoorDash to be delivered which was fine. He was quick and very nice even though he didn’t speak English. I ordered two personal pans with wings. The wings were not cooked all the way through and my pizza was missing its sauce on the actual pizza (wanted barbecue instead of marinara. Disappointed with the quality of the food especially because it got here extremely quickly after being prepared.

Customers have noted that the staff is genuinely kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes them feel at home. However, there have been some concerns about service during busy times. One customer experienced a delivery issue on a special occasion, where they encountered a delivery driver who was frustrated and unprofessional. Despite this, the food was acceptable to the customer’s son. Overall, with super quick service and a helpful team, Pizza Hut remains a preferred choice for many, and customers appreciate the efforts made to improve their dining experience.
