J I wish you had reached out so we could figure out what went wrong. First of all I didnt have a wedding in November for 125 guest. I had several for 100 guest which makes since if you had 85 show up. We always have plenty of food for your guest. If you had 85 guest, lets then figure on how many of your vendors ate. That would only get you to about 90 servings. Then lets say you had 5 guest that went back for seconds which is typical if there was still food available. And you...read full review
