Sweet Josephine's seems to out of business. We went there today during business hours and they weren't open and there was a For Lease sign on the door.

I have ordered my grandchildren’s birthday cakes here for the past 4 or 5 years. They have never disappointed us. The cakes are beautifully made and always delicious! Getting ready to place an order today! 6/10/2020

Strawberry Champagne cupcake was as lovely as it sounds. Light, fresh, sweet and out of the ordinary. I loved it. Ate it before we could snap a pic. Maybe next time.

We decided to stop at Sweet Josephine's for a sweet treat after lunch. Parking is a bit unusual as you park behind a bevy of shops and offices in a commercial center. I had a Buy 1, Get 1 Free coupon for a gourmet cupcake. I had a choice of only 2 types of cupcakes - Hot Chocolate or Chocolate. I chose Chocolate. The cupcakes were quite small. They had a frilly glob of icing with a small chocolate drizzle and some green sugar crystals on top. The cupcakes are normally $2.50 each. When we got home, we had dessert. The cupcakes were very small and the cupcake itself was dry. I am glad I did not pay full price for these cupcakes. The staff person who waited on me was very nice and attentive.

Our guests couldn't stop talking about how YUMMY the cupcakes were!

Definitely not impressed! Felt like we were an inconvenience to the employee by coming in.

The cake was really dry and had no flavor and I was told to check this shop out but honestly it wasn't worth the money. I would have really preferred even a Walmart cupcake plus the ladies weren't really welcoming.

Their cupcakes are by far the best in the area - and the owners are super friendly!

It's really not cool when the shop is supposed to be open only to find the door locked and a sign in the window saying, "sorry sold out, sorry for the inconvenience".

Sweet Josephine's did my friend's baby shower cake, and it was beyond my wildest expectations. Not only was it aesthetically perfect, but some of the best cake I have had in a while. Nothing like the plastic Walmart flavor. A bit more dense, really rich and lovely. We had two flavors, cinnamon roll and double chocolate. They were both divine and the guests were raving. You can tell they make their cakes with love. We will be back!

It was my daughter's wedding. We ordered a 3-tiered lemon cake with 2 layers having lemon curd and the other with raspberry. When we cut into the cake, there was no lemon curd and the cake had no flavor. One layer had the raspberry, but way to thin...Instead of lemon curd, it was a buttercream layered tiered cake and couldnt even tell that it was a lemon flavor at all! It was NOTHING like when we went to taste the samples. It's was very disappointing after looking forward to it for months! I have to say, it was beautifully decorated; however, my mother's lemon cake had more flavor. Stick to cupcakes.

I purchased a cake for my daughter's birthday. I wanted to step outside the box of my usual Walmart/Dewey's cake. They didn't have any samples for me to try, which should've been a red flag for me but I proceeded anyway. I ordered a half sheet cake. The decoration of the cake was ok, however, the cake itself was extremely thick. It looked as if the kids had slices of blocks or bricks on their plates. The flavor of the cake was like a cornbread mix and for it to be confetti, the taste was vague. For the price I paid, I was extremely disappointed. Maybe they were rushed or something but I will not purchase another.

They made me the best gluten free birthday cake I have ever had! Flavor was orange dream-sickle which reminded me of my childhood. Price was good too! We will be purchasing more cakes from them. I wish they could ship because I would buy cakes as a gift to send to friends and family.
