There to pick up an order for a delivery service and had to wait for nearly an hour.
Told by a manager that it was because of their corporate policy that requires them to fulfill the orders of everyone who comes through the drive thru before any delivery order is fulfilled.
This is despite the fact that all delivery orders have been already paid for at the time they were placed.

Got parked to wait on my order. After I get it there is 2 things missing and go back in and wait about 10 minutes. After we get home mine and my sons food was wrong.
Every time I have visited this particular store, food wasn't in the bag, part of my order is always left out. And to be honest, I thought the grub hub driver might be responsible for the missing food each time..
So I've started picking up our food and this is the 3rd time in a row now. I over it, we not going to eat from this Taco bell. It's not worth the regular headaches

Every time I come to this location late night it's always something. This time it isthe shift change at 11pm for a store that closes at 3am, had them refuse to take my order. Stated the unless it was a pick up for door dash orders I wasn't getting anything. Since when are shifts 4hrs long in the fast food industry?? And why would that stop you from taking my drive thru order 4hrs before yall close? Just make it make sense other then just lazy staff.

My wife and I went to this Taco Bell. Everything else looked like it had enough toppings on it. This one here tho idk why they were thinking. It was being stingy on toppings and wife wouldn't let me take it back and make them redo it. I know stuff is more expensive but there weren't enough toppings on there for a toddler.

This place has gone downnnnn hill ! I went there tonight ordered my food , they tried to charge me twice for the green sauce which I had already paid for thank God for recipes... the reason I say that is because I ordered the chicken bowl almost $9.00 DO NOT GET IT !! THE YOUNG BOY DIDN'T EVEN REMEMBER TAKING MY ORDER OR SO HE SAID .. MAYBE CAUSE HE HAD TO HELP THE ONE FIXING THE FOOD CAUSE HE LEFT FOOD OUT OF ANOTHER ORDER . NOT TO MEANTION THE MANAGER HAD TO GO ON BREAK HE COULD CARE LESS YOU CAN JUST TELL HIM WHAT TO DO .. HE HAD NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD.. EXCEPT BREAK BUT HE JUST SAID THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED !! AMAZING! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE THEY ARE SO CHILDISH..

The food was pretty good and fresh, but I caution ALL to check your bags AND KEEP RECEIPTS!!! I am bad about not stressing receipts, so anytime I go somewhere and hear a situation like the one I'll describe, it makes me cringe. We ordered a Doritos taco combo plain. My kiddo opens her food, and it has all the toppings. No worries, we had just pulled out of line and stopped in the parking lot. No way they had time to forget us. So, I get back in the drive thru. This same girl from 4 minutes ago asked for a receipt. I hand it to her and proceed to hand her the tacos, she says to keep them which I understood being a post COVID thing and she gets ready to say something and the manager says, "no we'll replace these because it was our fault". So, even though she had called the order back to me had she missed a key stroke I'd have been stuck paying for a replacement. Watch the screen, check your receipt, and check your bag at this location, folks. Yeah, it's just tacos but I work hard for my coins paying extra for someone else's mistake IS NOT THE MOVE!!!

Walked Iside to order and no one would help me. The employees is the kitchen looked at me several times. There was an employee eating in the lobby so I asked if I could order at the counter or do I have to order with the touch screen device. I was told that it would be faster if I did it that way. This is just poor customer service and laziness. I was a regular there and I won't be back
