Dirty place, staff is talking to each other, singing songs instead of making an orders causing delays in the delivery of orders. Totally unorganized, food was not well prepared. Waited for 20 minutes for an oder to deliver despite no other customers. Time 4:00 pm @ Sunday 03/08/2026.

I vist today and it was a drive thur my order was $31 and I made sure to tell cashier that was taking my order no tomatoes because I was allergic to tomatoes my food was coved in tomatoes.. I pulled around and went in side the cashier called me I lair and said you didn't state that no tomatoes.. This taco bell need to get it together

I love coming to this location. The staff is always friendly, laughing, keeping the atmosphere light and fun. The only problem I have with Taco Bell company is that they never put enough taco meat. They put a lot of refried beans and a tiny scoop of meat. They stingy with the taco meat!

Do NOT EVER doordash from this location. This is the THIRD order we have received WRONG!! missing items AND wrong items were sent that were CHEAPER than the ones paid for. (Yeah, shame on me for letting it happen a third time) don't let it happen to you!!!!

Whoever was working at 11:30pm-12pm November 10th needs to be talked to, had a mobile order, came to the window to pick it up; stopped before I got home and thank god I did, missing 4 items plus some of the items I already had were wrong (including missing sauce I paid extra for!) Came back and kindly asked for our items back; didn't bother to give me my recipet the first time, as we were waiting listened to them hooting and hollering about having to do their job! Absolutely disappointed after moving down here finding out that this taco bell hires such workers! Quality of the food also terrible, asked for my burritos grilled, couldn't even be bothered to put it on the grill! Disappointed

The tacos and the people who are making them are getting really sloppy.I was there last month.I ordered some chicken quesadillas and boy.If they was not nasty , somebody really needs to investigate this taco bell i believe that they're trying to make people stick.This is not good. I lived in high point most of my life , and I never seen the sloppiness of this taco bell

Customer service was nice but the food was nothing compared to other locations I have been to. Seemed like portions were way less than usual even when I ordered extra on one of the entree meals.
Soft taco was absolutely grotesque and tasted rotten. Chalupa shell hard as a rock. Something is very, very wrong with their meat. Threw it all away.
