Today’s visit was incredibly disappointing. We waited nearly 30 minutes just to be seated, and then another 2 hours before our food finally arrived. Our waitress only came by three times—once to take our food/drink order, to bring the drinks, and once to drop off the food. We asked for the bread to be refilled since my youngest only eats that, but we only received one basket during the entire 3-hour visit. No drink refills were ever offered as our waitress just disappeared....read full review
We waited 2 hours on our food. 2 meals were cold, 1 meal was missing, 4 meals were wrong and nobody got a refill.
Ordered a simple kids meal online and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I show up to the pick up window 30 minutes later and told it isn’t ready. No problem, I get it, running a bit behind. The lady (wish I knew her name) working outside the window running food was doing her absolute best. She kept the window running, ran food to cars, took orders, and took everyone’s name in the order they arrived. I wish I could mention her by name because she did a fabulous job....read full review
