The manager was working today. The food was delicious, hot and prepared quickly. Highly recommend I have had issues in the past, but after going to visit there today, I will definitely start going back thanks to the manager for his hard work and efforts to take care of the customers.
Wonderful app. Easy to use. Food was delicious!
Sandwich not made correctly also missing pickle. The interaction with employees was also awful.

Firehouse Subs Deep River has received mixed reviews in the past, but recent changes seem to have improved the experience. One customer mentioned great customer service, highlighting how they received a whole box of pickles after noticing they were missing from their order. Another longtime fan of the restaurant expressed joy at finding it in their new neighborhood but noted a decline in food quality and service over the past year. Issues with order accuracy and cleanliness were mentioned, along with instances of being overcharged.
However, the recent change in management under Mrs. Sherri has made a significant difference. The restaurant is now reported as clean, restocked, and featuring new menu items. Customers are greeted warmly, and the service is described as excellent. Despite some perceptions of high prices, many find the sandwiches at Firehouse Subs to be worth it, citing fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bread, and warm, delicious meat. Ordering online is easy, with many options to customize. Overall, Firehouse Subs Deep River shows improvement in both service and food quality, with room for continued growth.
