Consistency can be a game changer. Good or bad. This time, unfortunately bad. Recently ordered the chicken apple pecan salad, and received what I ordered and very nice service. Today my husband brought home what was supposed to be chicken apple pecan salad and there was half oz of chicken, and no pecans. People make mistakes, I get it, but please take your time and be consistent.

If I could give this a zero I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Zero people skills. Could not hear the drive thru speaker and got yelled at. I could hear people laughing at me. I pulled out of line and left. Will never go back not that they care.

My sausage was dry/overcooked. My biscuit was decent. The seasoned potatoes were barely warm. The drive thru was quick and efficient.
The service was horrible. I could tell no one was listening when we were at the drive-thru. I asked for an orange juice and got confirmation they heard but when i got to the window, it was not on our receipt. So one of us went inside and she kept being told some would get to her at the cashier. But no one came for a good 10-15 minutes so she just left. There was obviously enough people to attend to her for a couple minutes. Not only that, i asked for a baconator fry & it barely had cheese, let alone bacon. The service was just horrible.
