This place is an absolute must for any visit to Highlands! Edelweiss Pastry Boutique has delicious pastries and coffee. Chef Oksana Shchelgachova is quite the talented and trained pastry chef.My husband and I went while visiting Highlands and Cashiers. This place is awesome! We just happened to drive by this gem and were intrigued with the name. It didn’t disappoint. This beautiful home was converted into a gorgeous and inviting venue with both indoor and outdoor ( weather cooperating ) sections to indulge in these beautiful dessert masterpieces!
