My husband surprised me with a night out for a celebration. We started with drinks and I ordered the Fall Spiced Old Fashion. It was absolutely delicious, but it wasn’t very fall spiced. It was so delicious though that I ordered two! We had the honey butter cornbread for an appetizer and now I can’t go there without getting it! I had the filet and subbed the potatoes and asparagus with the wild rice and corn. Truly one of the top 10 meals I’ve ever had. I wish we found this...
We had to move up our reservation from 6:30 to 5:00 and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They even went out of their way to make sure my husband had a seat with a view of the football games. The staff couldn’t be kinder with delicious cocktails and even better food. This is a must-stop when visiting Highlands, NC.

The atmosphere was really nice. The service was really great. We were seated immediately. Nice, big open bar area as well.
The food was delicious. We had the country fried steak, just thought what the heck. Instead of a big steak, we had that and it was delicious. A little salty, but really good flavor as you'd expect, and the meat was so tender, perfect....
