The Nomad At The Osbunn serves excellent food, including the popular fish and chips and Nomad salad. The fish and chips entree is delicious and very tasty, and many have enjoyed it multiple times. Other standout dishes include the Thai Cauliflower, Gyoza Dumplings, and the salmon dinner. The special of Salmon Tikka was fabulous. The food is creative, with a slight twist on expectations, such as the Szechuan fried rice with orange zest and the very good szechuan chicken, which have become new favorites. The combination/mezzes platter with chicken is wonderful with great flavors and variety. The ambiance is excellent with thoughtful decorations and exposed brick, though some tables can have a draft. It is a great spot to enjoy dishes like the perfectly cooked lamb, the best bread pudding ever, and fantastic crispy brussels sprouts. The service is friendly, attentive, and gracious, though it can still be improved with basic training on allergen precautions. For group events, the upstairs balcony is a perfect venue. With a good selection of craft cocktails, beer, and Argentinian Malbec, and an innovative menu, Nomad is a restaurant worth revisiting for a great meal at reasonable prices.
