I have never heard of waiting to be sat at a waffle house with empty tables. Staff was clearly not friendly. They all (6) had scowls on their faces. After waiting for said table, we stood by the door waiting with no acknowledgement. Left without ever being recognized as a customer. Very poor service

Food was horrible! Overcooked eggs, grits were yellowy greasy with butter, way too much butter. You would think waiting 20 to 25 minutes for eggs and grits they would be perfect but no far from it. There was a waitress, I'll call her drama queen, that was all about herself. It took us forever to get seated because she was telling us all we will clear your table very soon while she walked back and forth doing nothing.She is still talking about other customers negatively loud as she can with other customers in the Waffle House, so unprofessional.What a shame I used to like coming here haven't been here in a while but I will never come again I guarantee you.

We went to dine in.We understand the expectation of waffle house, we know it is what it is. But, a slow day staff refuses to clean and bus tables for us to sit, they're arguing with customers and talking negatively about them behind the counter, extremely rude, entitled, lazy, drug ridden staff.Stop hiring drug addicts, junkies and goons to work at your restaurants. If I wanted to be insulted by trailer trash I'd rather not pay for it.
