Pulled up at 6:31 local time on at 4/5/24. I noticedthe line was moving slow. Finally get to place our order another 10 mins roll by 6:41 PM. Now we are at the 1st window to pay. The employee ask us to wait here. She will let us know when to go to the next window. Are we committing Timer fraud?10 minutes waiting at the 1st window we can now advance to the 2nd window (6:51 pm). At the window waited 3 minutes until we received drinks. Another 2 minutes until we received the bag with the burgers and shortly thereafter we received our pies.I expect slow service like this from Sonics I. Las Vegas, but on a side note they actually stepped their service up.I'll revisit this location as an I side customer next time will see how that goes.Once home with the food the burgers were cold and fries warm. I waited for cold food I could have went to a sub shop.Anyways get it right!

Friendly people, but took 10 minutes to just to pay for food - one vehicle in front of me. When I did get to pay, the young man working the window proceeded to place my card in the paper receipt and attempted to do some origami with it, while reloading his receipt printer with paper.Get to the next window and the young lady hands me my drink without a lid on it and spills it all over the inside of my door panel and pants. She then says she added an extra order of fries for the mistake, which I welcomed; but would of been nice if they were hot or at least warm, not cold and rubbery. She then asked if I'd like my drink. Also, there's a young man who works the second window who looks down at you angerly when he gives you your food. As if you did something wrong or made a mistake to come there.I'm a fan of BK, love me a good burger, fries and Coke, but this establishment needs some looking after.

Trash service, rude and yelling about working. If you don’t like your job, find another one.

Ok, good burger, but i asked for no cheese, so they removed the cheese iff the bun, but left some. What if i was allergic??

Ok, so... I have been to much more organized Burger Kings, and to ones that serve better prepared food. It's ok if you are craving a Whopper but don't have time to go to a different one. So, while it's not great, it's also not bad enough that I refuse to go there. My Mom on the other hand refuses to go to that one.

Polite man called Brian took our order, I usually don’t write reviews but I am angered by the way he was being treated in there. He was very kind and I got up to the window and the girl handed us the food in a rush and practically ran away from the window. The establishment was not busy at all at this hour. I was genuinely confused as to why she was acting as if there was cars lined out to the road. Extremely rude. We needed extra sauce and didnt have a chance to ask. I heard her scream at Brian to go to the drive through, he did and politely said that the sauce woild be extra and we said thats completely fine. Woman ran in front of him and told us the same exact thing he did and was rude about it. I hope Brian finds a new place to work where he is actually being treated how he deserves. I am angered by someone being disrespectful to a young worker for no good reason and to the customers as well.

The gentleman Brian working tonight was the sweetest and most respectful kid. Unfortunately his manager (middle aged African American lady) working the night shift today February 15th was so disrespectful and disrespecting him and treating him so poorly. That kid does not deserve the abuse he received from that POS lady. I feel so bad for him and I am disgusted about the way she was treating her employees infront of customers. She has no shame at all and I will not be eating here again. She will be reported and fired.

Been to this BK about 3 or 4 times in the past few months. Most other BK's have been fairly lousy in recent years, and for a time during the pandemic, this one was as well. But they have a really good manager there that takes the time to get the orders right, very efficient, friendly, and clearly with a positive attitude, that started working there less than a year ago I think. Food is BK quality which I enjoy most of it, only one time recently did I find something lacking, with the hash browns overcooked. Will keep coming on occasion.

Drive thru experience was ok until the lady giving out the food at the second window practically tossed the food into my car. The gentleman taking the payments was polite but the manager at 8:45am today was rude, rushing when they only had two cars behind me and no people dinning in. Please keep that in mind I see why they keep hiring people, and they hired the wrong manager this time.

Great Experience - don’t listen to all the bad reviews. People are always quick to complain when the service is bad, but hundreds of people go through this location per day and get good service and good food, but those folks don’t review. I get it, I normally don’t either, but I can’t sit by and watch this location get slammed by a couple bad reviews. We just left - it was 5 minutes to closing time - they took our order, it was made right, fast, and hot. I can’t ask for anything more. Will continue to come back.

If I could leave no stars I would. This is also NOT a new establishment. I have lived in HS since the beginning of 2019, and it has been here the whole time. We have given this particular location many tries over the last 4 years, because we do like BK. The service and quality CONTINUE to get worse and I can honestly say I will never go back. No one there genuinely cares, about anything. Like other people have said in their reviews, you definitely feel like you are an inconvenience to the employees. Food service is a customer service job, no one there cares about efficiency, accuracy or quality and they make it obvious. We went lastnight and planned to dine in. there were 6 cars parked in the parking lot, there were 2 adults sitting at a table and 3 kids sitting behind them so we THOUGHT it was open. When we walked up to the door there was a sign posted that said "due to staffing the dining room was closed" and the door was locked. As we walked away the man at the table stood up, walked towards the door then walked back to the table and sat down, I had noticed he was wearing a head set and BK employee shirt. Because of where we parked we had to pull around the building and as we passed the drive through, that only has 2 cars in it, I could see 4 other employees behind the counter? How is there a staffing issue if there are 5 employees working? I honestly have no idea how this place makes enough money to stay open.Where is management? How do they continue to operate with such poor EVERYTHING!!!

This location is fairly new. It has a small parking lot, with a drive-thru lane that pins in the parked customers when things get busy. If you like BK food, they do an okay job of serving it as ordered. I've been in four times, and the person at the counter always acts sadly irritated that customers have arrived. It's not always the same person, but it's always the same attitude: Why are you here? You can forget about a smile or being thanked for being a patron. They'd rather you crossed the lot and ate at the chicken place, instead. Sometimes, you just want a burger.
