“Today I was surprised by the unusually good service at this location. Jacara W was working the register. She competently took all orders during my visit. I witnessed her take the time to help a disabled patron get to her car with her purchase. She was polite and friendly. When my order was ready, she surprised me by bringing it to my table. Normally, I'm always missing things from my order and always have to request a fork at this location. She thoughtfully brought me everything. I just wanted to give her a shout out as from my observations she doing a great job. Thanks!“

“had been a few years since I had gone to Rise. didn't realize that the entire franchise had changed..now, very few donuts and a horrible and impersonal way of ordering. the apple fritter tastes like it was baked yesterday or at the very least 5 hours ago. even Dunkin donuts might be better and that's not saying much. RISE used to have the best donuts. they were unique and tasted fresh. not so anymore. I wouldn't return. I find it weird to order on a computer and pick up your food from a box with a door on it and then they deem to suggest you tip them for....for what? making the food that they already get paid to make? it's not like they're making waitress wages. I guess they're more known now for their biscuits, but either way...I wouldn't return based solely on the ordering experience.“

“I saw this restaurant featured in a tiktok video. The food look amazing in the video, I had to try it. I ordered via the app on Wednesday. My spouse picked it from the restaurant. She said the inside was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was AMAZING!!!! Best Korean Fried chicken I have had. (Don't judge), but it was so good I ordered again the next day. The food was still as good as the day before. The only down side is picking which flavor I want. I will definitely be back!!!!“

“I frequent the Chick-fil-A brand all of over the country and this is my children go to place for dinner. Tonight I went to your location in Cary. First of all the attendees outside aren’t as polite as the used to be they were concerned with group conversation not serving the customers. When I pulled up the cashier, said,”What can I get you”, no hey welcome to Chick-fil-A how may I serve you. I was shocked. I asked for two 12 counts of freshly cooked nuggets. I put an emphasis on fresh. I paid, drove to get my receipt and reiterated I wanted them fresh to that attendee. I got to window and I reiterated again to the young lady who had her hair cut very close, she said, “yes sir promise”. This was an entire lie and disappointment. This is the 2nd bad experience with this particular store. I have included the pictures in the email. After speaking to Caroline she has promised to give our family a night on her, but she never asked me my name, my phone number or asked when I was planning to come back. Totally disappointed.“

My car overheated while I was in line at the drive through, and several of the employees came out to help me get my kids safely out of the car, and then pushed the car over into the parking lot for us. They all checked on us to make sure we were ok & were so nice, I'm so happy we broke down there and not somewhere else :D“

We didn’t know the menu but they helped and didn’t make us feel pressured to order or stressed. The environment felt very nice and calm, someone you can sit and really enjoy your food.
