Delivery was running 30m late, so I called up to ask to cancel because it was already cold. The manager Billy made it right, offered to remake a new pizza, send me the cold one for free as leftovers, as well as throw in a free dessert. I wasn't even being rude or angry but he just wanted to make it right and make a happy customer. That's how you do business. Thank you dominos holly springs, thanks Billy!

Ordered pizza, and did curbside pickup. Despite being the only car there, they still managed to give me the wrong order. Was placed on hold the whole 10 minutes it took me to drive back to the store. Weak apology given for the inconvenience

Definitely not a place you want to frequent young staff and not very clean staff either! Had a guy put food in his mouth from the same area of where they are putting pizzas in boxes for customers and just goes over to the sink to put water on his hands with no soap! Then another gentleman coming from the back going straight to the station of putting pizzas in boxes after he stated he was smoking a cigarette not saying he didn’t wash his hands but just the Thought of not seeing him wash his hands and now touching food with his bare hands is very gross and off putting to me! And then we had who was said to be the manger on duty on his phone walking up from the back to go straight to putting pizzas in boxes as well as touching all the things they use to put the food in boxes as well the things to put on the food without him washing his hands!
This used to be a place where my family and I came to often but now I know I will not be back here to spend my hard earned money after watching these practices to get subpar pizza at an overpriced rate!

Ordered my food and everything was made to perfection. The bread bowl was out of this world and the pan pizzas were made to the Dominos standard. As a former GM I give the atmosphere of the store, the attitude of its staff and the product quality 5 stars. I can’t say that much about the store near my house as I drive 20 minutes out of my way to get my orders here.

I’ve ordered once before and had no issues. Today I ordered a delivery and had my order cancelled by the store without receiving a call. I happened to check my end of day emails and noticed an automated message for my order saying it was cancelled. I called the store and they said I was too far away. I live 4.9 miles away! Pretty disappointed, I guess it’s time to change companies.

This Dominos location is poorly managed and I recommend staying away. The service was disorganized and slow. My order took over an hour to arrive and was incorrect when it finally came. When I called to report the issues, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. There are much better pizza options in the area. Save yourself the frustration and choose another location.
We ordered a large pizza but received a medium. When I called, the manager shouted at me, venting his frustration, and accused me of lying. He even told me to come back with a measuring tape and stretch it end to end to prove the size. I’m not doing that for a subpar pizza (see pics) His condescending and rude attitude made this the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. This is the first and last time I’ll be visiting this location. We’ve been loyal Domino’s customers every weekend because my kids love it, but we’ll never return to this location again.
