Beth does catering out of a truck and recently made an appearance at my HOA summer party. In a nutshell, just book her! She is amazing to work with and the quality of the ice shavings in their sno cones is second to none. It is so smooth compared to other, chunky competitors. And of course they have about 20 different flavors and every single one of them tastes amazing.
My family lives within walking distance and I walk with the kids here quite often. They have such a huge variety of flavors for their shaved ice, and they also serve ice cream. The ice is so soft and, IMO, way better than snow cones because the flavor distributes through the shaved ice instead of just dripping over the ice and settling in the bottom. The teens working ate always so polite as well. Great place for anyone to enjoy some great flavored ice when its nice and hot!
