too often they are out of key ingredients. too often the Coke machine is out of order. too often the staff are hiding in the back. we have had to walk out several times because no one would take our order. Firehouse Subs are typically packed. this one is always empty. i hope stays, i love the food. i think the solution is to get some adults working there. never seen any employee there that looks older than 19.
