I was in this location earlier today and was sad to find you could still order face-to-face. No retailer should be allowing customers is still place in person orders. There was two people in the restaurant at the time. (both in line to order food)
even worse your drink fountain is still up and running. wth??
Will it take one of your own employees getting the virus for you to shut down face-to-face ordering it only go with mobile orders and online orders?
The night manager hung up on me, not once but twice, when I called to tell them our sub rolls were hard as rocks. He refused to rectify the situation, the worst customer service I have ever experienced notified corporate awaiting a reply.......
