I ordered carry-out, and went to pick up the pizza after 20 minutes like the order said it would take. I walked right in, told them my name, and was out the door with my pizza in a blink. I could have driven thru to pick it up but decided to go in.The pizza was still hot and fresh when i got home. So in my experience, living 5 minutes away, this place is good.

Wrong pizza was delivered. When I called to get the correct pizza delivered I was put on hold 5 minutes. I was taken off hold and without saying a word hung up on. The store working was more concerned with going home than help me or refunding me. It was now store closing time 10PM. I will be going to the store today with the wrong pizza and asking for full refund. Never again ordering at this location. 1 Star rating because and it does not allow 0 Stars which is the correct rating!!!!

We picked up 2 large pizzas this evening along with some bread sticks. Everything was excellent from the perfectly cooked pizzas to the great service I received.

Store is closed on a Wednesday evening. The store in Holly Spings has to be the worst ran restaurant that I have ever seen.

I ordered through their mobile app at 9:02 pm and said it would be delivered by 9:35 pm. By 10 pm I still had not received my order and the app said it was "Being Prepared". I call the store and a guy said the store closed at 10 but they are still working on my order and will be ready in 25 mins. I thought that was odd and asked if he was sure the store was closed and I would still get my order? He responds “Yes”. I wait till 10:30 pm and still no delivery or updates. I call again and a different person answers. At that point I realize calling the store number goes to a Pizza Hut call center for taking orders and the first guy had lied to me to get me off the phone. I explained the situation again and told them to cancel my order. They tried but couldn’t get it to go through their system and forwarded my call to the store. Of course no one answers because the store was closed! I gave up for the night and had to call the store the next time it was open to get a refund for a order that was never delivered. I’ll never waste another minute of my time ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. An hour later I called and 'checked my order's status' and was told by a machine it had been cancelled. Called to talked to someone to see what was going on, explained the situation, and was put on hold until the end of time. Called back and was just straight up hung up on. Don't order from this place if you have hungry children to feed. One star, hands down!

Employees appeared to have just walked out. I placed my order online and couldn't pick it up and am now having to chase a refund. PH customer service was called and essentially worthless.
This location should stop offering delivery. Ordered by the app…delivery tracker said pizza would be delivered in the next 35 minutes. Placed a call to the number on the store after waiting over an hour and the tracker said “being prepared”. The number sends you to a call center with an automated message that said my order was cancelled. The call center sent me to the store with no answer. Checked my card and sure enough the charge was reversed, but the app says still in progress. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. If you want pizza from here, don’t waste your time with the app!

Never had an experience like this with any establishment before.Placed a pick up order, went to go pick it up, and the placed was closed.Called the restaurant, had a lady pick up, but proceeded to put me on hold after I explained to her the situation and she never got back on the phone with me in the time that I waited to hear from her again.While I was waiting, I observed other people walking up to the door, trying to get in, only to find it locked.I definitely would not try to order from this location.

What's the point of a dine in Pizza Hut that won't let you dine in? We've attempted on two occasions now to eat here only to be turned away because "our cooks didn't show" and then the other time the door was locked and we were told to go through the drive through. The gentleman working the register on the first occasion was very polite but the manager never even bothered to show their face to apologize or try to explain. Chances are your food will be ok but it's a pretty poorly managed restaurant at the moment

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.Dont gamble your money on dinner from Pizza Hut - Holly Springs!! One of my fav pizzas for decades has been the pan supreme. Unfortunately I only have this store to order from. In the last month, I have ordered the large pan supreme twice. Both times they've delivered a hand-tossed with hardly any toppings on it. The first time i wrote it off as a mistake. Second time, called the store and they hung up on me twice. Its disappointing when someone doesnt care about their work. More so, that the management doesn't care about their customers.I filed a complaint with corporate and will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again.
