I come to smoothie king most mornings before work and the staff is always so nice and helpful, it’s just a wonderful start to my day. The manager Cameron is always working in the mornings as well and I can definitely say he is the best manager this store has had in years, the store is always so clean and smells amazing, and my smoothies are made to perfection every time!

Sophia, Tori, & Molly were simply amazing. They all took their time to help me make decisions on the right taste of a shake. They also gave me insight on different protein bars to try. I will definitely be back . I love those girls ?

I came here 9/10/24 at around noon, and the staff was SO nice. It was a young man with dark curly hair and an earring, and a young blonde woman. Didn’t catch their names. I am a smoothie king regular and just moved from Asheville, I can appreciate the difference in customer service I received at this location! It was nice that he gave me some solid flavor combo recommendations too. Pleasant

The smoothies are unbelievably delicious. There is one that my son always orders call The Dude Perfect which is incredible. That said, I ordered a medium size so we could share it and it basically is a $10 smoothie. Ouch! While not as healthy, I can go and get a Blizzard from Dairy Queen for significantly less. A McFlurry from McDonald's is only $4.

Every time I come here there’s always something weird going on with the workers. This will be my last time trying. We walked in and there were 4 workers taking behind the counter, and one of them had no shirt on. That’s completely unacceptable and disgusting. You shouldn’t be behind the counter in a sports bra at a place that sells food. Grossed out. Never again.

I usually come in for a protein power plus just about every day when I work and employees are always very nice and cordial whenever I have a request for my smoothie they definitely do not mind going out of their way to do so and they always make my smoothie perfect, great job ?

Love smoothie king- great franchise, but this one location is rough. I’ve been coming here since they opened and it is often closed at random times. Store already looks run down and unkempt. Where’s the investment in your store?Can’t keep consistent staff on hand.Smoothies are inconsistent because of this.How is this in a prime location and yet can’t keep its doors open on time and staff in place? A clear sign of poor management and tough retail labor market.

I love smoothie king & my review is not so much in particular to my experience with the individual/ individuals working, but more so how this place is seeming to be run.Last time I came here, about 2 weeks ago, there were 3-4 workers. One person was in the front working while the others were in the back room on their phones. The door was open so customers can literally see these employees in the back on their phones. Service was great otherwise & I got what I came for.Today, I come in & it’s busy. There’s only one person working. She’s taking orders & doing what she can in a timely manner. A second employee comes in & they are able to get things going. I have 0 complaints about the employees from today.I will say, my complaint is if you can have people visibly sitting around one day, but not be properly staffed on a weekend, something should be evaluated because it just doesn’t make sense. I’m not one for bad or even negative reviews, but this was ridiculous, not even as a customer but just watching this girl become overwhelmed with orders.

Being completely honest we have had some sub par experiences in the past that did not meet our expectations... That being said, recently we have had great smoothies that have been exactly as expected. The current staff has given top notch service, being fast and courteous. We look forward to visiting frequently.
