They have changed their #1 order on the menu screen to be a double hamburger/cheeseburger. So you either have to specify you want a single hamburger/cheeseburger or you have to choose #3. While I should have paid attention to this change, it seems sneaky and underhanded. The person taking the orders was rude, short and abrasive. The people who took our money and handed us our drinks, on the other hand, were very polite and friendly. But I'm not a fan of bait and switch, which is what it seems they are doing.

The spots were hard to pull in after multiple attempts, the car got scratched because of this, our waiter got distracted multiple times and had to ask for our food again 3 times before putting it down in our order, and a few of the panels were knocked out of place which caused multiple small and cramped spaces, it was a crap experience and we ended up leaving before our order was done.

Sat there and waited 35 mins for a simple order . 35 mins for me is longer than any other fast food places on their worst day . Every other time I been here 2-7 mins today at 3:57-4:30 it took that long to get some food man smh do better.

The cashier had an attitude cause they messed up my order. I asked for no cheese which she rung it up right but the cook did it wrong. I told them to take the cheese off. She kept looking at my receipt and said it was off but it is on my sandwich kept going back and forth with me. This is unacceptable. She had the audacity to roll her eyes at me. Little girl you need to change your attitude.

The Sonic Drive-In has been a staple in my family's choices of good fast food with happy times. Their milkshakes, burgers, and onion rings are our favorites. We like the options of quick ordering and also having a playground for the young grandkids to be active while there.
Kid-friendliness: Love the playground for active kids and being able to sit outside to eat and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine.
The girl at the drive seemed to have a issue and was very difficult. Also I got home and had the wrong order. Would avoid if possible.
