Always nervous to order any coffee product because I have an extreme caffeine sensitivity, and I’m afraid that someone will grab regular coffee out of habit. I asked them to double check that it’s decaf, and they absolutely made sure it was decaf. It was written a couple times on the cup and she specified that it was decaf when she gave it to me. I didn’t feel like a nuisance to ask, and I finally was able to enjoy my favorite coffee based drink after a few years of not...
Purely rating the coffee, just regular black coffee here is pretty awful for paying like 4$ a cup. I'm aware they have all those fancy drinks, just go to dunkin or McDonald's for black coffee. Better tasting and you get a lot more for the price. Outdoor patio is nice though, and the service was good, everybody was nice.

He gave me a free cake pop with my sandwich and drink, which means the world bc I just broke up with my boyfriend of over a year and this cashier had no idea and he did NOT have to do that for me but his act of kindness means the world! I don’t know his name but somebody give him a raise! <3
