The staff is wonderful. I'm always greeted with a smile and several know my order when I arrive. Jamie and Elaine are wonderful and have been with the cafe for as long as I can remember. Always excited to see them when I stop in to shop!
I had an amazing experience today at Starbucks (and the first time in a drive-through). The barista over the intercom was super engaging and friendly, asking how my day was and what I had planned for the holiday weekend. I was completely caught off guard by this but thought how proud Starbucks should be to have this employee.
Running late and stopped in to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Staff was friendly and they were fast with filling everyone's orders. Good to know for future reference!
