We're all seeking perfection, right? But when you order something and you don't get it, it's a downer.
I will pay attention a lot more here. Especially near closing. They did not add a second breast I was requesting, nor did they add the four extra biscuits that I had ordered. They are my parents' favorites, and I'll be trying to win them over with Hardee's in the morning sometime.

I ordered ahead for a specific time for curbside delivery. Waited 5 minutes past the delivery time before deciding to go inside the store to wait, to make sure they got my order. Afterwards, it took another 25 minutes to get my food. All I ordered was bo's bites and fries.

Was a crazy experience, first off pulled to the drive thru window and they had a paper taped to it that said no bone in chicken, and some other stuff. Then ordered our food and got around and the kid said with a smile on his face that I was gonna be mad because he didn't have any bo chickens prepped for the sandwiches we ordered. I then asked him well what now, and he said oh I just have to thaw them for 3 mins in water then cook them 5 mins so it will be 8 mins and I had...
