I ordered off the McDonald’s app. I waited in line for 20 mins. I gave my code to the drive thru, the confirmed it at the payment window with my name and charged my card. When I went to the pick up window they told me there was no order and I hadn’t paid. I showed my bank transaction as well as the app code and the manager said it was pending so it didn’t count. When I pulled off I received point from the order I never got and lost 6000 points from the order I never received.

Need more humans inside to take orders. The machines don't work for everyone.

However, wait times can be long and the french fries are not always hot or the container completely filled.
