While it's clean and they are efficient, they aren't fully trained by the S'Bucks so you can't be as creative as you can in a full size Bucks. The staff are young, so I attribute that to the casual attitude and complacency. Wish they took the process a little more seriously, as Starbucks customers take their beverages more seriously than DD customers, especially since we spend more on the product.

Lisa and her team are absolutely amazing!They handle long lines and difficult customers with grace and efficiency.They always have a smile and uplifting word for everyone that comes through their line.
