Ordered pizza for delivery today at lunch time 10/25/23 & 15 minutes after I placed my order a lady called to say delivery was not available which is absolutely ridiculous because it said it was when I placed my order so I went & picked it up, come to find out the lady was the only one there but i have to say she did an excellent job because it was the best pizza I've ever gotten from Papa Johns & it looked like she was doing all the work that 3 or 4 people should have been doing...read full review

This was the first and will be the last time I ever order papa John's. I waited over an hr which is fine but then when i got the notification my pizza was done when I got there they said they never seen the order. Well it wasn't worth the wait because the pizza wasn't cooked all the way and tasted dry and the crust was chewy like dough. Very disappointing.
