Called for delivery and I accept that the local place doesn't answer the phones, I'm routed to a call service. Understood. I ordered their 2 large pizza special for $18 plus an order of breadsticks. The total was $42? When I asked how much the breadsticks were she replied " I already submitted the order so I can't tell you that". When I pushed, she said, the breadsticks are $11.99.Really? $12 for an order of regular breadsticks? The online menu shows $5.99. I politely thanked her for her time and told her that I won't be completing the order. Sorry Pappa Johns, but you get 1 star.

This was the first and will be the last time I ever order papa John's. I waited over an hr which is fine but then when i got the notification my pizza was done when I got there they said they never seen the order. Well it wasn't worth the wait because the pizza wasn't cooked all the way and tasted dry and the crust was chewy like dough. Very disappointing.

Service is Terrible. My pizza was horrible. Most of my pizza had so much cheese it was unbearable. Then like 2-3 pieces had no chesse or pepperoni. I called up there and I was very nice and explained what had happened and he said that he made it and there was nothing wrong with it. He said that we should just eat this really messed up pizza when I paid 20-30 dollars for something good. He was very rude and very disrespectful. The manager is the one that made the pizza and “checked” the pizza. The manager is really young and should not be talking to an elder like that. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I worked there for a year. They payed me the least despite having full manager training and longer shifts than a lot of the other employees. They recorded me without my consent, and spread it around the workspace behind my back. The Owner didn’t do anything, and actively participated. The only good things were the tips, which helped me catch up with everyone else’s base pay. I don’t miss it fr

Ordered pizza for delivery today at lunch time 10/25/23 & 15 minutes after I placed my order a lady called to say delivery was not available which is absolutely ridiculous because it said it was when I placed my order so I went & picked it up, come to find out the lady was the only one there but i have to say she did an excellent job because it was the best pizza I've ever gotten from Papa Johns & it looked like she was doing all the work that 3 or 4 people should have been doing so kudos to her for making great pizzas!

Call a order in and they told me that it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Went to pick up the pizzas they told me it would be 1 hour wait cancel the order . My husband call and complain the young boy called him yes ma’am. They boy said it was the call center fault and they was timing everybody order wrong. Horrible customer service the Mills River location . Will not order again from there . They definitely do not care about customers or the would have tried to fix the problem instead of blowing us off .
I took my daughter to this location tonight, and she says this is the best Papa John's pizza she has had any any of the locations we have been to. The pizza was also ready really quickly which was an added bonus! Great experience!

The folks here are super friendly and always do a great job as far as the quality of the food and delivery times are really good considering the current market. They do their own delivery and for people outside their area doordash is available.
