Big Pillow Brewing Reviews
Great food and great music! The locals always make you feel right at home!
Chris was an Amazing Brewhand! Very Friendly and the atmosphere in this place is phenomenal. I've been to alot of breweries. I'd say I love this Appalachian Mountain Brewery the most. He spoke highly of the BrewMaster (can't remember his name) but all beer was amazing. It was hard to make a final decision. 5-STAR!!!

Big Pillow Brewing offers a great selection of their own beer, allowing guests to sample and blend to their liking. The dog-friendly venue has friendly staff, plenty of parking, and a spacious interior and outdoor space with ample seating around the music stage. Visitors often praise the variety of beer styles, calling all of them very solid, and enjoy the relaxed, laid-back vibe. The brewery is especially popular after a hike, such as on the Lover’s Leap Loop trail or the Appalachian Trail, with many recommending it as a perfect spot to unwind and hang out. The attached Grey Eagle Tacos is highly appreciated, serving delicious food like burritos and chips that complement the excellent beer. Live music during the week adds to the fun atmosphere, with grateful dead jam sessions and other performances that do not disappoint. Community events such as donation-based yoga, crafts, and local pop-ups contribute to a lively environment. The beer selection is always changing, offering options for all beer lovers, including non-alcoholic beers and mocktails. Although the venue is welcoming, some visitors have noted that smokers tend to stand right at the entrance, spilling into the brewery area and affecting the smoke-free environment. Overall, friendly staff and a mountain town vibe make Big Pillow Brewing a must-visit spot in Hot Springs, especially for those looking to enjoy great draft beers, good music, and a casual environment.
