Usually when we we get you food from there it is ok. The terrika chicken is was very dry, and the steak was so tough that I threw it away. Had no taste to it at all. Must have had a new cook that night. Loan must not have been there to let food like that leave her business. This will be the last time we will order from here. The steak piece's were so big and it was a job to cut up the steak. Whether you care that you have lost a great customer who feeds 6 people each time...

This was only like the second time I had went to this particular location but my problem was first with the lady at the window was very rude and then it took at least 23 minutes for me to get my food only after the two other vehicles behind the came and left I will not be back to that location!!

They have great customer service, I am just disappointed about the amount of meat or soba noodles you get when ordering a 15 dollar plate. We use to get big servings but the last 3 times we have ordered, I have had tiny pieces of steak and a small handful of soba noodles. I love this restaurant, but it has went down hill in the last 2 years!Added pic..this is a deep white tray, you cant tell by the pic but this just covers the bottom of the tray. The steak is cut into really little...
