Busy Sunday! Many tables waiting on their food. This appears to be a post-Covid built McDonalds, with no drink stations or other conveniences such as plasticware, etc. A Walk-Up station had functionality for both mobile pick ups as well as drink refills, getting something that was missing from orders, etc.

The rewards program sucks. You can only redeem one item a day. You should be able to use points if you have them. I spent money to get points and should be able to spend them on whatever is on the menu.

The best McDonald's is the one in Hudson, NC. Their food is hot, the place is clean and the people are friendly. The one in lenoir usually has cold food and half your order is wrong or missing.
