I had a very serious and frightening experience at McDonald's, Ambience Mall. The burger I was served tasted stale and gave me severe stomach pain — I even collapsed around 11:30 PM.
My family rushed me to Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj where I was admitted and discharged around 5 AM after treatment.
Food safety must be taken seriously. I request immediate investigation and action from @McDonalds @mcdonaldsindia and their quality teams. This cannot happen to another person.
Good food but had to move to next window and waited as 5 cars went through and past me. Asked why and was told my food was on counter and they forgot. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks this has happen.
These employees, well 3 of them are some of the laziest humans I've ever witnessed. I placed a mobile order for one mcchicken sandwich. I walked into the McDonald's and went to the register inside and told the lady I had a mobile pick up order I would like to pick it up if its ready. This so called employee looked me straight in the eyes and said sorry ma'am but you'll have to pick your order up at the drive thru windows because you placed a drive thru mobile...
