Came inside with my 2 children, and they staff were yelling back and forth and cussing about being short staffed and people calling in and having to work extra. Had us and others in line waiting. Not appropriate doing that in front of customers and especially children.
OK, had to write this review because of the coffee! The BK in Lenoir sells diluted coffee (as does the McDonalds), so I would buy my coffee next door at the Wendy's.This morning, however, we decided to use a breakfast coupon that included sandwiches, fries and a large cup of coffee. I already had a tea from home, and never opened the coffee to put in the cream and sugar figuring it was likely the diluted stuff they pass out in Lenoir.When I got to my destination outside of Charlotte,...read full review

I went about 9:15, pulled through the drive through and woman said the system was down so it would be 10-15 mins till they could take my order so I was like, okay I’ll wait. Then she gets back on the speaker and say that they can’t do anything fried because their fryers are down. Seems kinda of suspicious to me that both of those things happened and seemed like they didn’t wanted me to order anything so they can get out of work. Other than that the burger was good.
