Employees were nice but very busy since it seemed a bit understaffed. Had everything you would expect from a Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin. Shop was in a bit of disarray but not terrible.

Terrible experience and customer service from cashier, manager on duty was professional. Cashier blamed me of having an attitude when in fact she was the rude one and slammed my coffees down the second time with no “sorry” or “thank you”. Iced coffee was made wrong twice, the cashier said she wasn’t making it again. I just requested a refund.

If I could give this this location a zero I would. The customer service was horrible from the manager and it wasn’t even by from the girl who took the order or even the guy who made the coffee wrong. I asked nicely if it could be remade and the manager said” just give her sugar packs and creamer she can add it “

Went in and ordered 2 large milkshakes. Paid $16.00 for 2 cups of ice with chocolate flavor 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream per cup and a little milk. We had to tell the girl to reblend and add more milk because they were to thick to drink. Everyone knows a milkshake is made with ice cream, milk and flavoring. We called the location back after trying to drink it to speak with a manager and the association was very rude. We will never go back to that location again or recommend anyone to go to the Huntersville location.

Been coming here for years and it used to be friendly, fast and consistent. Now every time we come, it appears the employees are being bothered by customers and they appear to be distracted or uninterested. Also, hours say they close at 8pm on Saturdays. Just drove over, arriving at 730pm, lights are off, noone there. Management needs to take a hard look at how they are running this place.

Ordered 2 cakes for a birthday celebration on my wedding day of my dad who passed 5 yrs ago. We got married on his 65th birthday. Ordered online 10 days prior to wedding. Supposed to be ready at 9 am I called at 3 pm day of wedding before sending someone to pick up the cakes and found out they were never made. They couldn't look up my order only the cake person who comes in every couple days could see it. No word from any management after multiple attempts to reach even regional managers. Went to Twitter and the corporate helped contact the franchise to issue eventually issue a refund. Still have yet to actually hear a word from the franchise itself. I would never trust this owner or this business to provide what they say they will when they say they will. This franchise ruined what was going to be a super special moment for my family on my wedding day and they don't have even a sorry to say about it. This owner gives baskin Robbins a horrible reputation and if they were smart they'd cut ties. In the future I'll stick to coldstone.

I normally go through the drive-thru, however today I decided to walk in. Based on what I experienced, some of the team members lack customer service and comprehension skills. When I walked in, I saw the ice cream I normally get and requested it.The young lady told me the ice cream flavor I wanted was sold and she was adamant about it. Another team member corrected her and when she was told the size I wanted, her next response was “we don’t have that size container available.” Clearly the container was available. ??The same young lady made a few rude comments and I opted not to respond. I strongly encourage the management team to train/educate their staff. It only takes a few minutes to verify if a product is available or not.

Very friendly staff... Multiple people came up to ask me if I needed anything which was a great problem to have.Rose went above and beyond to get me some Rocky Road ice cream. I told her that I really wanted rocky road but I didn't see it and she allowed me to sample a couple more that I might like but in the end I told her I was really still craving the Rocky Road.She went to the back and looked to see if they had any more and came back and let me know that they had one quart left. That was perfect since that is what I was going to purchase anyway.Great job overall! 5 stars!

Oh my goodness. This place has gone way down hill. Several bad visits in now I feel compelled to review. The service is horrible. Staff cursing loudly and throwing things at one another. All the while customers waiting for service in line. Staff doesn't care and is not very knowledgeable about the products. Then, there's the mold issue. In the ice cream cases. We left. We will not be back for a very long time.
