Thought I’d try out Brix as it’s nearby. I ordered a Margherita pizza and meatballs for pick up. When we got home, it was obvious the pizza was not cooked completely. I called and spoke to the manager. I did not call for a refund just to ask him to coach his team. He offered a refund which I declined as that was not the purpose of the call. He then went on to tell me that it could be that a margarita pizza doesn’t look cooked even though it is. I felt that was insulting. Attached their pictures of the pizza you can decide for yourself yourselves.
Best place for Brixx salad with salmon. Be sure to visit Alexus at the bar on Saturdays!

Addy was amazing and the service was great. Pasta Alfredo was perfect temperature and came out in perfect timing. She also gave good recommendations for appetizers which we were struggling to decide on.
