Happenstance discovered Caribbean Hut on lunch outing w/ 5 senior females not familiar w/area restaurants. Original destination twarthed, we opted for C.H. One of our group is originally from Trinidad and remaining 4 had zero to minimal experience w/Caribbean foods. I had stew chicken, one oxtail, two had Talapia, and one afredo pasta.
