Caribou Coffee, a renowned Minnesota-based coffee chain, has recently expanded to the Piedmont area of North Carolina, offering a delightful experience for caffeine enthusiasts. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with ample seating and parking available. Customers praise the great customer service, with attentive employees like Lyric and Cade ensuring a pleasant visit.
The menu features a variety of options, including the popular pumpkin shaker and caramel apple flavors. While the pumpkin syrup was not to everyone's liking, the staff were accommodating in addressing the issue. The just egg sandwich also received high praise. Overall, the coffee and drinks were well-received, and the great atmosphere made it a enjoyable experience for both first-time and returning customers.
