Fantastic Service, very clean, attentive to all customer, I even set up my mobile office with wall power at the table. I had a problem with ordering via Uber Eats. The Restaurant Guest Experience Manager (Clint Chatman) took care of my problem without hesitation. I will definitely come back to my favorite Cava location.
Food is always fresh, well seasoned and delicious. The staff always seem to be friendly. Overall great dining experience. I would definitely recommend.
Love Cava! The bowls are delicious! Music outside is super nice. Need more parking at Birkdale !!

CAVA serves good, fresh, and hot food, with friendly and warm staff. The Greek Salad Bowl is a standout dish, with fantastic and bold flavors. Jenna and Lamis provide excellent customer service, helping with choices like the harissa avocado bowl and patiently assisting kids. The lentils are a tasty alternative since right rice is no longer on the menu. Despite some issues with understaffing and management, the workers like Tierra are diligent and hardworking. The restaurant's app can be problematic, and the credit card processing can be slow. Upon entering, the utility counter and trash receptacles may appear disorganized, but overall, the delicious food and great service make up for these shortcomings. With reasonable prices, such as $11.99 for a meal, CAVA is a worthwhile dining experience.
