Whatever y'all did to change the food please go back to the original. Haven't ate here in awhile and the taste is nothing compared to what it used to be.

Chicken was over cooked , rice didn’t taste like fried rice taste like Mexican rice with soy sauce . The worst Chinese I’ve ever had. The chicken wings were big and dry . Better off going to China bowl on the plaza .

The staff was very nice and professional. However, on the day of my visit, it was extremely cold outside, and the dining area inside was extremely cold as well.
The food was ok, I thought I was getting Chinese food, but it tasted bland.

I was passing by and my dad wanted chinese so we came to the bistro. He and I ordered fried rice because you cant mess it up. It was obvious that the msg was doing the heavy lifting the rice had almost no flavor and the egg was dry and unappetizing but it had good texture and the shrimp was cooked well and was not rubbery. So although I can't say the food was good, I can't say it was horrible and you shouldn't come here its fair for what it is and it wasn't that bad.

I regret to inform you that I encountered an unpleasant experience with the establishment's service. Upon receiving an incorrect order, I promptly contacted them to rectify the situation. Initially, they agreed to deliver the correct order at no additional cost, acknowledging their error. However, they subsequently retracted their offer and demanded payment for the incorrect order. Their communication was discourteous, and they abruptly ended the conversation.

Only took 15 minutes for food to be ready once we ordered. Really good food and the perfect portion. Be aware: egg rolls are just cabbage and fried rice is just rice and no veggies. I knew that going into it and didn’t mind, but probably would have been disappointed to find that out when I got my food.

I’m a fried rice freak and Chia bistro has the best fried rice in the area. A few other dishes as well are excellent. Try the beef and broccoli and the shrimp lo mein.

I am a die hard take out (delivery) person at Chia Bistro for over 5 years now. The food is always consistent, not over saturated with sauces and they always get my order right. The delivery people are always very nice and on time. I have such appreciation for a business being so on point.

Haven't ordered from here in years but Hunan Park was closed so decided why not(?) It's nothing like it used to be. Everything was either overcooked or bland and the chicken wings tasted funny. Everything went in the trash and we ended up getting Panda Express. So disappointing.

Not great. Went here because Hunan Park was closed. Have lived around here for 11yrs and not tried this place so figured why not. Sesame and Orange chicken were ok. Fried rice wasn’t fried rice, tased like Mexican rice with soy sauce. Wonton soup was not good and we threw the chicken lo mein out, it was gross. Basically wasted $$ Will not be back

I have never been to a Chinese restaurant where Spanish-speaking people greet you who don't clearly understand English. This is not authentic Chinese food. I am recently here from California and I know when I'm eating Chinese food. I asked the Person who was taking the order for Combination Chow Mein. She didn't understand what I was asking because she didn't speak English. Even the person that was coming from the back looked Spanish speaking. She tried showing me on her cell phone the difference between chow Mein and lo Mein. I had to say 2 or 3 times I want Chow Mein. My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I will never eat here again. The chow mein that I got was nothing more than overcooked cabbage surrounded with meat. Just horrible! It should be against the law for people that are Spanish speaking to represent themselves as a Chinese restaurant.
